Legal Preamble
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of data within the opd.fairdox.in ecosystem. Usage of the platform signifies a binding commitment to these terms between Fairdox AI Technologies and the Practitioner.
यह गोपनीयता नीति opd.fairdox.in इकोसिस्टम के भीतर डेटा के प्रसंस्करण को नियंत्रित करती है। प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग Fairdox AI Technologies और प्रैक्टिशनर के बीच इन शर्तों के प्रति एक बाध्यकारी प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
Data Ownership & Stewardship
In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, the Medical Practitioner is the sole Data Controller. All clinical assets, including patient history and digital prescriptions, are the absolute property of the Practitioner. Fairdox AI acts strictly as a Data Processor with no proprietary claim over clinical data.
DPDP अधिनियम 2023 के अनुसार, चिकित्सा व्यवसायी (Practitioner) ही एकमात्र डेटा नियंत्रक है। पेशेंट हिस्ट्री और डिजिटल प्रिस्क्रिप्शन सहित सभी नैदानिक संपत्तियां चिकित्सक की पूर्ण संपत्ति हैं। Fairdox AI कड़ाई से डेटा प्रोसेसर के रूप में कार्य करता है और क्लिनिकल डेटा पर उसका कोई मालिकाना दावा नहीं है।

Encryption & Residency
AES-256 Bit Encryption for all clinical data at rest.

TLS 1.3/SSL Protocols for secure data transmission in transit.

Indian Residency: Data stored strictly in ISO-certified data centers within India.

Financial Transactions
Integration with Razorpay and UPI handles all transaction processing. We do not store sensitive payment credentials (PINs/Card details) on our servers; these are managed by the respective payment providers under their privacy policies.

Deletion & Portability
Practitioners maintain the 'Right to Portability'. Upon account termination, data can be exported in standardized formats. Following a 30-day compliance window, all clinical records will be permanently purged from active and backup clusters.
चिकित्सकों के पास 'पोर्टेबिलिटी का अधिकार' है। खाता समाप्ति पर, डेटा को मानकीकृत प्रारूपों में निर्यात किया जा सकता है। 30-दिवसीय अनुपालन विंडो के बाद, सभी नैदानिक रिकॉर्ड सक्रिय और बैकअप क्लस्टर से स्थायी रूप से हटा दिए जाएंगे।
